Advance Payment
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Policy
- The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the traveler cancels the trip after confirmation, the booking amount will not be refunded.
Date Modification
- Travel dates cannot be changed once the booking is confirmed.
Package Changes
- Any changes to the itinerary or package may involve additional charges.
Unused Services
- No refund will be provided for unused services during the trip.
Return Policy
Since ArakuTrip provides travel services and tour packages, there are no physical products; returns do not apply.
However:
- If a traveler chooses not to use part of the tour service, refunds cannot be issued for unused portions of the trip.
ArakuTrip reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
